Mountains of Success!
This challenging experience is specially designed to enhance the way your sales associates strive for success. We’ll present them with one challenge after the next in a fast paced and fun environment. Then we’ll challenge them to improve their performance. The skills they’ll need include problem solving, listening, setting challenging goals, managing time, and risk taking. These programs include use of challenge course and other adventure-based challenges.

Jump Start
This program is offered in 4-hour blocks. With a focus on strengthening relationships and improving problem solving, Jump Start includes a series of fast paced ground level team challenges followed by short discussions to help participants gain new insights into teamwork and group problem solving. This program is ideal for groups that want to build relationships, establish a set of standards for a new team, or for any group interested in creating a more collaborative environment.

Teaming Up
This program is offered in 1/2 day and full day blocks. The longer the program the further we take your group. For example, in our 4-5 hour ½ day Teaming Up program your group will experience ground level team challenges. Our full day program lasts 6-8 hours and includes a skill building workshop on the teamwork, a series of more in-depth challenges, skill building sessions to introduce critical skills for teamwork, personal action plans for every participant, and the chance to take on our incredible challenge course!
