Velo Challenge
This living puzzle pieces together mental, physical, team and leadership skills to assemble your team’s picture of success. Participants work together to solve problems while traveling by bike throughout the historic Fredericksburg and Rappahannock River areas. The Velo Challenge is an excellent finale to a team retreat or an intense day long event that works to solidify your team’s vision for success.

We have constructed Challenge Courses and Climbing Walls all over the United States as well as internationally. As an example of our international experience in March of 2003 Elements To Excellence traveled to the Sumiyoshihama Resort Park in Kitsuki City, Japan to construct the island’s first Challenge Course and Climbing Wall. Our extensive construction experience in diverse environments prepared Elements To Excellence for its international success
