The Virginia Outdoor Center (VOC) and Elements To Excellence have a long standing partnership in the development of teams and individuals. The VOC serves as base camp for Elements To Excellence and offers a wide variety of adventure programming for individual and group needs. Activities such as canoeing, fly fishing, tubing, kayaking, and hiking make great additions to an Elements To Excellence retreat.
